Ideal if you come by train from Madrid-Atocha – the station is within walking distance of the palace – or by car. Your guide shows you the Royal Palace inside and then accompanies you through the gardens.

Is the price per person or per group?
The private day trip costs €499 per group (1–3 people), VAT included. Group tours and the guided tour on site are also charged per group. Extra experiences such as the boat ride, balloon flight or wine tasting are per person.
Is entry included?
On the private day trip, entry to the Royal Palace is included. For group tours and the guided tour on site, add €9 per person, at cost. The gardens are free to enter.
On which days is the palace closed?
Mondays, some fixed days of the year and at short notice for official events. We check your date before confirming.
Can children come?
Yes, children are very welcome. We provide a free child seat on request – please tell us the child’s weight and height.
Is hotel pickup included?
On the private day trip (pickup at 9:30 am) and on group tours we pick you up at your accommodation in Madrid and bring you back. For the guided tour on site you travel on your own, for example by train from Atocha.
Can we have lunch in Aranjuez?
Yes. One free hour for an aperitif or lunch is planned. On request we book a restaurant with regional food; you pay for the meal on site.
How much walking is involved?
The palace has lifts. The garden route is flat but long and gravelled – comfortable shoes are ideal.
What is the cancellation policy?
Up to 15 days before: full refund (except non-refundable tickets already purchased). 14 days to 48 hours before: 50 % refund. Less than 48 hours before or no-show: no refund.
