In the heart of the Barrio de las Letras (Literary Quarter), we'll visit 2-3 authentic tapas bars where you'll try typical Spanish specialties and learn what makes a real tapa. Enjoy this culinary journey of discovery, all about Spanish flavors. I'll gladly give you insider tips for your further culinary explorations in Madrid and make sure this lunch becomes an unforgettable Spanish taste experience. Food and drinks at the tapas stops are included in the tour price. We can gladly decide on the orders together, or I can surprise you with a selection of typical Spanish delicacies. Let yourself be amazed by the diversity of Spanish cuisine! We'll start at the charming Plaza de Santa Ana, in the heart of the Literary Quarter. The meeting point is right in front of the statue of the writer Calderón de la Barca. From there, we'll start a short walk to selected tapas bars and taverns, where you'll immediately get a first impression of the lively atmosphere of this historic district and the incomparable Spanish gastronomy.
