How your day in Segovia works

9:30 am · Pickup in Madrid

We pick you up at your accommodation in Madrid. The private car takes you to Segovia in about 70 minutes – private and with no changes.

First stop · Alcázar viewpoint

Before heading into town, we stop at the viewpoint: the Alcázar rises above the valley like the bow of a ship. The photo everyone takes home from Segovia.

The Roman aqueduct

Granite blocks without a drop of mortar, standing for almost two thousand years. This is where our 2–3 hour walk through the old town begins, at your own pace.

Plaza Mayor and cathedral

Along the Calle Real we walk up to the Plaza Mayor and the cathedral, the last Gothic cathedral built in Spain. We see it from outside; entrance is not included.

Jewish quarter and Alcázar

Through the old Jewish quarter we walk to the Alcázar. Entrance is included; inside, you explore it on your own, without a guide. Along the way there is time for a coffee and souvenirs.

Return to Madrid
